The buyer is the consumer who provides billing and delivery details when placing the order. The agreement applies to the sale and delivery of the products specified in the order summary at checkout. The pre-contract information and the order-specific product/price breakdown form an integral part of the agreement.
Orders and payment
Before submitting the order, the buyer may review and correct the products, quantities, delivery address and total price. The buyer places the order by confirming the pre-contract information and accepting the agreement. Placing the order creates an obligation to pay the total in the order summary. A copy of the order and agreement is sent to the email address provided; the order-specific record is not replaced by subsequent changes to this general page text.
The order summary shows the product name, selected width and type, quantity, tax-inclusive unit price, discounts, shipping and total payable. For customised decks and completes, the 500 TL customisation fee is included in the product total shown; it is not added a second time. When Bank Transfer/EFT is selected, a 5% discount applies to the product amount after coupons; shipping is excluded from this discount. The final amount payable is displayed immediately before the order is placed.
You may choose Bank Transfer/EFT or credit/debit card payment through PAYTR from the methods actively offered at checkout. Card payment is completed on PAYTR's secure payment screen if the PAYTR option is active at checkout; card details are not entered on the order form. Available instalment options, if any, and the total amount are shown on the PAYTR screen before card payment is confirmed. When Bank Transfer/EFT is selected, the bank, account holder and IBAN appear in the payment instructions after the order and in the order email; include your order number in the payment reference. The bank transfer discount applies only to Bank Transfer/EFT and not to card payments. The payment result is reflected in the order status.
Delivery
We ship only to addresses within Türkiye. Shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TL or more and costs 150 TL for orders below this amount. The shipping charge and total calculated in the order summary apply. Our same-day dispatch target means handing the parcel to the carrier; it is not a guarantee of same-day delivery to your address.
The seller must deliver the products within the period communicated before the order. For standard products, the period must not exceed 30 days. The buyer's statutory termination rights apply if the delivery commitment is not met. The seller is responsible for loss and damage until delivery is received through the carrier offered by the seller. If you notice a delivery problem, contact us with your order number; the absence of a carrier's damage report does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights.
Customised decks and completes
For customised decks and completes, a production period of 3–5 working days applies after receipt of the order and a usable print file, and confirmation of payment. This period covers production and preparation for dispatch; the carrier's transit time to your address is additional. If a problem with the print file affects your order, we will contact you; any different timeframe required will be expressly agreed separately.
Decks and customised completes made using your uploaded image or personal instructions are goods made to your specifications under Article 15(1)(b) of the Distance Contracts Regulation; these products are not covered by the right of withdrawal without a reason. Simply choosing a width of 32, 33 or 34 mm for a ready-made product does not, by itself, count as customisation. This exception applies only to genuinely personalised products and does not remove your rights for standard products in the cart.
The buyer must have the necessary rights to use their uploaded image for printing. The file and layout are used to produce the selected product; they do not constitute permission for marketing or public sharing. The 2D/3D preview helps assess the layout; it is not a waiver of the stated product specifications or defective-goods rights.
Withdrawal and returns
The 14-day withdrawal period, 14-day return shipping period, free returns and refund conditions for standard products are explained on the Returns & Exchanges page; the complete terms are also included in the order-specific agreement copy. A return cannot be refused solely because the product has been inspected appropriately to assess its operation and features. The seller's prior approval is not required to give a return notice.
Defective products, personal data and disputes
Your statutory rights remain protected for incorrect, incomplete or defective products; customisation does not remove these rights. Subject to the conditions in law, you may request a refund, a price reduction, a free repair or replacement with a non-defective product. Statutory costs arising from exercising these rights cannot be charged to the consumer. Contact us with details of the product and your order number.
Personal data processing in connection with the order is explained separately in the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK); accepting the agreement does not constitute consent to marketing or general personal data processing.
For consumer disputes, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee in your place of residence or where the transaction took place, subject to the applicable monetary limits and jurisdiction rules. When bringing proceedings before a consumer court, the pre-action mediation requirement in Article 73/A of Law No. 6502 applies, subject to statutory exceptions. Your statutory rights to apply for remedies and bring proceedings remain reserved.
